Library Services

Library Cards
Library cards are free to residents and visitors to the area.

Minors need a parent or guardian’s signature to obtain a library card. There is no minimum age requirement to obtain a library card.

Public Use Computers
The library provides five public access terminals connected to the Internet as well as wireless Internet throughout the building.

Patrons may print from our public use computers at the cost of ten cents per page.

Wireless Internet
A laptop computer, PDA or other device with WiFi capability that supports the WiFi standard, IEEE 802.11b or g may be used to access the network. Your device should automatically detect a new connection. No user names or passwords are required.

Wireless users do not have the option of printing using the library’s printer.

Library FAX Service
The Crandon Library maintains a public fax machine.  Patrons may send faxes at the cost of $2.00 for the 1st page, and .25 cents for each additional page.

Public Copier
The Crandon Library maintains a public copier.  It is a plain paper copier.  The cost is ten cents per copy.
